About the game

Big Fish, Blue Sea™ is a big-game fishing adventure. Players read the morning forecast, rig line, lure and depth, then drive the boat themselves across a realistic sea whose swell, whitecaps, wind and rain change from day to day. They hunt for diving birds, bait balls and billfish shadows, set the hook, and fight the fish — facing the chair, pumping and reeling, dropping the rod when it jumps — before a gaff cutscene brings it aboard. A day ends at the four o’clock weigh-in against a field led by rival Vance Sterling, with Cap’n Ray Boudreaux coaching every move.
