Getting started

New to big-game fishing? Start a career and Cap’n Ray will walk you through your first day. The how-to-play guide covers rigging, trolling and the fight.

Online play

Online matches and tournaments need an internet connection. If a match drops, reopen the game: your career progress is saved on your phone.

Your username

Online play needs a username. Keep it fit for all ages; offensive names are changed or removed. Usernames are unique, so nobody else can use yours.

Deleting your online account

Email support@wiiwid.com from the game’s Support link, with your username, and we’ll delete your online account and its records.

Your progress

Your career — tournaments won, your stats and your tackle — is saved on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it, so keep the app installed if you want to keep your career.

Sound and music

Use the speaker button on the home screen to turn the music and sound on or off. The game follows your iPhone’s silent switch and volume.

The fish keep getting away

That’s fishing. Watch the tension: ease off when a fresh fish runs, drop the rod tip when it jumps, and reel fast when it charges the boat. Heavier line lands bigger fish, and your Muscle, Body and Skill stats make the fight easier as they level up. The guide has every trick Cap’n Ray knows.

Reporting a player

If someone online has an offensive username or is cheating, email us with their username and roughly when you saw them, and we’ll take a look.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. For a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or contact Apple Support; we can’t see or change your payment details.
