These terms are between you and What It Is What It Do LLC (“we”), the maker of Big Fish, Blue Sea™ (“the game”). By playing, or by using this website, you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple’s standard license for apps also applies.

It’s a game

All characters are fictional. The tournaments, prizes, trophies, weights and rivals are made up, have no real value, and can’t be exchanged for anything. Real places are named for their waters only, and no real tournament, club or organization is connected with the game.

Playing online

Choose a username that’s fit for all ages, and play fair. Don’t harass anyone, cheat, tamper with the game or its servers, or try to get around the name filter. We may change an offensive username and remove a player, result or leaderboard entry that breaks these rules.

The game, the website, their characters, art, music, text and code are © What It Is What It Do LLC. Big Fish, Blue Sea™, Cap’n Ray Boudreaux™ and Vance Sterling™ are trademarks of What It Is What It Do LLC. You may share screenshots and clips for personal, non-commercial use.

Changes and availability

We work to keep online play running, but can’t promise it will always be available. We may update the game, the website and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

No warranty

The game and the website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using them, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the game.
